We collect the information needed to operate your membership, savings, and loan account: your profile details, identity verification documents (KYC), and — where applicable — your BVN/NIN for identity verification.

- Identity numbers (BVN/NIN) are stored encrypted, not in plain text.
- Your transaction PIN is stored as a one-way hash — nobody, including administrators, can retrieve it.
- Access to member records is limited to administrators and officers with the relevant permission for your branch.
- We keep an audit trail of account and financial actions for accountability and dispute resolution.
- We do not sell your personal information. It is used solely to operate the cooperative and meet applicable legal/regulatory obligations.
